The Monroe Gazette will return on April 22nd
Hello Friends,
We’ve suffered a loss in our family over the weekend. As many of you know, I’m the care giver for three disabled adults, so I have my hands full at the moment. We will be back on April 22nd, 2026, with your next post from The Monroe Gazette.
Episodes of our podcast, Stupid Sexy Privacy will continue without interruption because many of those have been pre-recorded. If you haven’t listened to the show, we hope you’ll check it out.
Please forgive any delays there may be in me emailing, calling, and writing back the many people who provide us with tips and additional information for our stories.

P.S. Our lawsuit with South Blooming Grove is still waiting to be heard by the judge.
This is the lawsuit where we’re asking for documents related to the 2024 “skipped” village election, that NYS Attorney General Letitia James decided not to do anything about.
We need the information from this lawsuit in order to file the federal lawsuit against Letitia James and SBG.
So if you’re wondering, “When are we going to sue South Blooming Grove for election fraud in federal court?” The answer is, as soon as this other FOIL lawsuit is finished.
If you’re curious, the current case is BJ Mendelson v. Village of South Blooming Grove, Index No. EF012691-2025.
A copy of the petition we filed against the Village can be read here.
