South Blooming Grove Lawsuit & Sending Ice Scrapers to Steve Neuhaus
Here’s how Orange County residents can help end ICE’s contract to house detainees at the jail. Plus an update on our lawsuit against Letitia James.
Just a short post today while I catch up on some work over at Stupid Sexy Privacy. Did you see the excerpt from my new book, "How to Protect Yourself From Fascists & Weirdos"?
If not, you can read it right here.
As a reminder, this book will be released for free as both a .mp3 and a .pdf this Spring. All you need to do to get it is to sign up for the Stupid Sexy Privacy mailing list.
A Word About Letitia James & South Blooming Grove
I also wanted to inform our readers in South Blooming Grove that if you’d like to sue Attorney General Letitia James over her inaction concerning the phantom October 2025 election, please email us at BJ@MonroeGazette.com with “I want to sue” in the subject line.
(And yes, we will have an update on the helicopter story soon. I am waiting for my FOIA from the FAA. At this point, every State and local agency has said to The Monroe Gazette the helicopter is only something the FAA can address.)
For the Attorney General lawsuit, you do not need to do anything; I will handle all the work for you.
However, I can’t file the case myself because I’m not a resident of South Blooming Grove. For those of you who don’t know what’s going on, you should read our previous post about Letitia James’s inaction regarding a very real case of voter fraud here in New York.
It’s imperative Letitia James address this situation. If she does not, it will make it much harder for her to combat Trump’s claims of rigged elections and voter fraud. She won’t have the credibility to do so.
As a reminder, The Monroe Gazette is currently in court with South Blooming Grove over the “skipped” 2024 election. (That case index # is EF012691-2025 if you want to follow it.) This is a FOIL lawsuit, so we weren’t prohibited by our location to file it.
Now, with that out of the way… Let’s Talk Ice Scrapers!
I want you—yes, you reading this very short post—to buy the cheapest ice scraper you can find (not from Home Depot or Lowe’s) and mail it to Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus.
Send your ice scraper to:
Steve Neuhaus
Orange County Government Center
c/o County Executive Neuhaus
255 Main Street
Goshen, New York 10924
Keep sending Steve Neuhas your ice scrapers until he cancels Orange County’s agreement with ICE to house detainees at OCJ and passes, with the legislature, an emergency ban on new prison and detention centers.
If you do send him your ice scrapers, please take a picture and email it to BJ@MonroeGazette.com.
(Remember that both Home Depot and Lowes should be boycotted because of their ties to ICE and DHS. I have a whole bunch of actions you can take against companies just like them here.)
That’s all from me until next week.
Hello. Farewell. Hello. Farewell.

P.S. If you live in Orange County and want to join the fight against political corruption and ICE, come check out the Southern Orange County United Facebook page. Everyone is welcome, even if you don’t live in the area, as long as you’re not MAGA. Any pedophile defender defenders will be booted as I spot them. (Pedophile defender defenders is not a typo, it’s literally what the Trump Regime is doing right now with the three million or so Epstein files it hasn’t released.)
P.P.S. You can find me on BlueSky here.
Update 2/13/26
ICE / DHS has confirmed the purchase of 29 Elizabeth Drive is completed.
In addition to ICE Scrapers, there’s one more thing you can do:
Here is a letter you can copy, paste and email to Neuhaus: in addition to sending the ice scrapers, here’s what you can do:
Email SNeuhaus@orangecountygov.com and SNeuhaus73@aol.com (he claims not to check his County email, so here’s his AOL email.)
Put the following as your subject line: Take Legal Action Against ICE NOW!
Put the following in the body in your email. You can also call 845-291-2700 and read the letter to him yourself.
Mr. Neuhaus,
Recently, you stated that Orange County was taking legal action against ICE. This turned out to be false, but I have good news. Now that ICE has formally purchased 29 Elizabeth Drive and announced their intentions to open the facility, you can now actually take legal action against them. If that doesn’t work, you can also acquire the property through eminent domain.
Although County Attorney Rick Golden can often be confused with Mephistopheles, I don’t discount his ability as a lawyer. But. Just in case he isn’t aware, ICE is required to comply with Executive Order 11988 (Floodplain Management), NEPA, and the Endangered Species Act. ICE is also required to apply for all applicable state permits concerning their activities at the site, and to fully consider all relevant municipal zoning and related ordinances. They have, thus far, demonstrated a failure to follow these procedures and the executive order properly.
Therefore, it is now your responsibility, and Mr. Golden’s, to take DHS to court and prevent the concentration camp from opening.
Time for the “International Man of Mystery” to put on his big-boy pants and get to work.
