Everyone Can Legally Call Convicted Felon, Timothy Mitts, a Loser
A short post about the end of a federal lawsuit against the Town of Monroe, filed by a convicted felon.
At this point, we’ve said everything there is to say about local loser, and Convicted Felon, Timothy Mitts. If you’re just joining us, and we get new subscribers every day, you can catch up on our previous posts about Mitts here and here. And if you really enjoy your visit to the Mittsiverse, you can go back further to this story here.
As we predicted, after LOSING in court — and after the trial barely started — Mitts is already on to his next con job. Now threatening to “sue politicians.” Threatening Monroe Town Councilwoman (see below) by saying, “Be careful, Richardson, you could lose your home over this.” Also, yes, his Facebook post today does sound like a Z-level Batman villain. As it turns out, Timothy Mitts can’t even do comic book villainy right.
Mitts didn’t mention local journalists because he knows that if he tries to sue The Monroe Gazette, we’re going to teach Mr. Mitts what SLAPP is. He’d also be on the hook financially for any damages and legal fees. And as you know, there are dozens and dozens of people Mr. Mitts has stiffed across Orange County and Rockland County going back decades. I sure hope Mitts pays the lawyer in this federal case. You should hear the recording we have starring that attorney. I would hate to owe him any money, Mr. Mitts.
So, Mitts ain’t going to sue anyone. Not us. Not the local elected officials. It’s just another con.
Plus, as we’ve informed Mr. Mitt’s attorney, we are dying for the opportunity to depose Mr. Mitts. Since he refuses to comment about his relationship with State Senator James G. Skoufis, for example, we’re definitely going to ask him under oath about it, as well as those alleged real estate transactions related to the 2024 New York State Senate election.
Since we’ve exhausted everything we need to say about this man — unless he wins the local Conservative Party election for Town Supervisor in June — this will conclude our journey into the Mittsiverse.
Should Mitts win that election, then we’ll have to talk about him. But now that the federal lawsuit against the Town of Monroe is over, and he lost, he’s no longer newsworthy. Womp Womp.
So, this is just a short post to remind our readers that you can legally and factually call Tim Mitts a loser. Why? For a lot of reasons, but specifically for having swiftly lost a court case. One he spent the better part of two years whining and threatening people over.
On a brighter note for Town of Monroe tax payers, you are no longer paying for this man’s lawsuit against your town. Nor will you be on the hook for any payments made to him. Because he lost.
You have to take the wins when you can.
